Ideate

In your Develop phase you’ll start with the Ideate step. You’ll be using that divergent way of thinking again and imagining all the possibilities for solving the problem - what could our new solutions or ideas be to make our idea better or more profitable? How will we be different? What activities would we need to be able to do? What changes to your product will impact your financial KPIs.

You’ll leave your ideate phase with some ideas to test with users and key questions prioritised.
